​Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker for St. Gabriel's Historic apartment building. This is a part-time position with a monthly base salary. The Maintenance Worker will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing repair requests, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the property.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of the building and grounds.
• Perform minor repairs, such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents.
• Maintain common areas, including cleaning and trash removal.
• Coordinate with property management for larger repair projects.
• Hold keys for vacant units, coordinate turnovers, and open units to show prospective tenants.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

• Monthly pay, part-time hours.
• Based on experience and availability.
